Digital Marketing Specialist

KR Construction Group is a growing commercial construction company based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Digital Marketing Specialist: • Leads our social media and digital marketing strategy • Drives brand storytelling and content creation • Supports internal communications, onboarding, and training materials • Assists with light technology and systems support as needed This is a full-time, in-office position in Colorado Springs, CO, reporting to the VP of Business Development and CEO. Social Media & Digital Presence • Manage and grow company accounts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar • Write, design, and schedule posts with strong storytelling and visual design • Capture and edit short-form video (Reels/TikToks/shorts) • Track performance metrics and engagement, and provide simple reports • Respond to comments and messages with a professional, warm tone Must-Haves • 3–5+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social platforms for a brand or organization • Strong writing skills – short-form captions, storytelling, and professional communication • Ability to shoot and edit short-form video for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok • Experience with at least one design/content tool (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) • Highly organized; comfortable managing content calendars and digital file systems • Able to work independently, take ownership, and communicate proactively in a fast-paced environment
