Job Purpose: Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to support the company's overall marketing goals.Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence across all platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Coordinate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content for digital channels.Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic and better optimize marketing campaigns.Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the sportswear or fashion industry.Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
