Digital Marketing Specialist – Moose Junk Removal

Overview

Moose Junk Removal is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help generate leads, increase booked jobs, and grow our local brand presence. This role will focus primarily on Google Ads management, with additional responsibilities in Facebook/Instagram advertising, social media marketing, and local SEO.

The ideal candidate has experience marketing local service businesses and understands how to generate inbound calls, quote requests, and conversions while maximizing return on ad spend.

Responsibilities

Google Ads (Primary Focus)

● Create, manage, and optimize Google Search campaigns

● Conduct keyword research for junk removal and related local service searches

● Improve lead quality and lower cost per lead

● Monitor budgets and maximize ROI

● Create and test ad copy and landing page recommendations

● Set up and maintain conversion tracking and reporting

● Implement retargeting campaigns when appropriate

Facebook & Instagram Advertising

● Create and manage local lead generation campaigns

● Build audiences and retarget website visitors

● Test creatives, audiences, and ad messaging

● Improve engagement and conversion rates

Social Media Management

● Create and schedule social media content

● Post before-and-after photos, videos, and customer success stories

● Create captions, graphics, and short-form content

● Maintain consistency across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

● Increase local brand awareness and community engagement

Additional Marketing Support

● Assist with Google Business Profile optimization

● Develop review-generation strategies

● Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports

● Recommend local marketing initiatives and promotions

Qualifications

Required

● Experience managing Google Ads campaigns

● Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising

● Understanding of local lead generation and service-based businesses

● Strong communication and copywriting skills

● Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance

● Experience creating social media content

Preferred

● Experience marketing junk removal, moving, pressure washing, roofing, landscaping, or similar home service businesses

● Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools

● Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profiles

● Basic video editing skills for short-form content

Compensation

Compensation based on experience. Please provide examples of campaigns you have managed, results achieved, and any experience working with local service businesses.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
