Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Affinity Gaming’s marketing initiatives across digital channels, property promotions, email, social media, website content, paid media, and guest engagement platforms. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day digital campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, supporting promotional calendars, analyzing campaign performance, and helping drive measurable business outcomes including traffic, engagement, database growth, reputation management, and revenue. Reputation Management Support: Monitor, track, and help respond to guest feedback across online review platforms, social media channels, survey tools, and other digital touchpoints. Promotions & Property Marketing: Partner with property marketing, casino operations, food and beverage, entertainment, and guest service teams to support promotional calendars, events, offers, and on-property campaigns. Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, digital content management, paid media basics, and marketing analytics.
