Join OptiFreight® Logistics, a leader in healthcare logistics optimization, as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving digital engagement, enhancing campaign performance, and contributing to revenue growth across our logistics portfolio. We are looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and analyze effective digital marketing programs that elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer engagement.
This position is perfect for a dynamic digital marketer experienced in marketing automation, paid media, and performance analytics. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, creative services, sales, and external partners to implement successful campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and various paid, owned, and earned media channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design, launch, and refine digital marketing campaigns that align with OptiFreight® Logistics' strategic go-to-market initiatives.
Oversee the complete execution process in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including email development, audience segmentation, automation flows, scoring models, and nurturing strategies.
Manage email marketing calendars and campaigns, conduct A/B testing, implement deliverability best practices, and prepare reporting analyses.
Execute and enhance paid search campaigns within Google Ads, focusing on keyword strategy, ad copy, bid management, and conversion tracking.
Direct paid social campaigns via LinkedIn Campaign Manager, incorporating B2B audience targeting, strategy development, creative collaboration, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
Support additional digital tactics, such as retargeting, display advertising, landing page optimization, and SEO best practices for AI-driven search.
Measurement & Optimization
Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI, lead quality, and funnel performance.
Create dashboards and reporting structures across Salesforce, Account Engagement, and other analytics tools to share results with marketing and business stakeholders.
Conduct regular tests, including A/B, multivariate, and landing page tests, to optimize digital performance continuously.
Collaboration & Project Management
Partner with the Enterprise Brand team to create engaging digital assets, such as email templates, display ads, landing pages, and paid media creatives.
Work closely with Product & Solutions Marketing and Sales to align messaging, target audiences, and campaign goals.
Manage relationships with agency partners and digital vendors as necessary.
Ensure all digital initiatives comply with brand guidelines, adherence to industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B or SaaS/technology sectors.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), covering automation rules, journey/nurture programs, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, paid media strategies, and digital analytics.
Proven capability to handle multiple programs simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics, Salesforce, and related tools.
Experience in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain industries is preferred.
Basic knowledge of SEO, retargeting platforms, and marketing attribution models is desirable.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email or optimizing landing pages preferred.
