To support a growing portfolio of customers, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute comprehensive digital marketing programs, focusing on strategies to increase engagement, memberships, and revenue through various marketing channels. Key responsibilities Manage digital marketing activities and develop customer-specific marketing plans Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Build and manage email campaigns and promotional content while monitoring campaign performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a client-facing marketing role Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, preferably through Google Ads Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and website optimization best practices Experience using content-management systems, email-marketing platforms, and analytics tools
