Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search)

Seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search) to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns that drive ecommerce growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns who enjoys analyzing performance, testing new strategies, and maximizing return on ad spend.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.2 to 4 years of Google Ads experience (Search, Display, and Shopping).Strong knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with Performance Max, remarketing, or ecommerce is a plus.Responsibilities:

Manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.Optimize budgets to maximize ROAS and revenue.Conduct keyword research and build campaign structures.Write, test, and optimize ad copy.Monitor bids, budgets, and campaign performance.Implement negative keyword strategies.Partner with creative and web teams on campaign messaging.Execute A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.Build and manage first-party audience segments.Prepare performance reports and recommendations.Stay current on Google Ads best practices and updates.Perform other duties as assigned.
