About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives that generate qualified sales leads and contribute to revenue growth. The role focuses on planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels, with significant use of HubSpot, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and optimize digital campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, display, and organic social.Develop lead-generation programs for manufacturing audiences.Create gated content, landing pages, forms, and lead-nurturing workflows.Build and manage email lists and automated HubSpot workflows.Segment audiences for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and customer lifecycle campaigns.Collaborate with Sales on pipeline targets, lead qualification, and lead handoff.Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel metrics.Conduct A/B testing of creative, messaging, and targeting.Support SEO and content initiatives through keyword and content-gap research.Manage paid media budgets and optimize cost-per-lead and ROAS.Stay current with B2B and manufacturing digital marketing trends and recommend improvements.Requirements

Proven digital marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation and performance campaigns.Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or a comparable marketing automation platform.Experience with email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.Experience marketing to or working within the manufacturing industry.Understanding of email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, display advertising, and website optimization.Experience building landing pages, lead forms, and conversion paths.Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable improvements.Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal English communication.Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated experience running performance-focused digital marketing campaigns.Hands-on HubSpot experience.Understanding of manufacturing buyer journeys and decision-making processes.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Skills
