Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist Bob Mills Furniture in all areas of online marketing including but not limited to: developing and launching marketing digital and email campaigns; recommending and buying digital ad placement for social media, Google Ads and other paid channels; monitoring and engaging customers on social media platforms. Develop new pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and maintain/optimize existing PPC campaignsExecute paid search campaign recommendations and optimizations in Google AdsIdentify important keywords and phrases for both PPC and organic search optimization. Carry-out completion of or make recommendations to appropriate personnel for the resulting action itemsMaintain corporate social media pages including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram, including communication with customersManage and maintain numerous accounts, including measuring, testing, revising, and repeating to continually improve campaign performanceContinuously optimize content to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywordsExecute all digital plans for Google Ads, Email, Facebook, OTT and other RTB platforms as neededRecommend, develop and implement digital strategies to improve online customer experienceWork with marketing team in development of ad campaigns and marketing plans Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or some combination of experience and education1-2 years of Google AdWords/PPC experience – (Google Ads certification required)2+ years of experience with commercial Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram platforms for businessStrong to expert level of knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteProven excellent written and verbal communication skillsAd copywriting and proofreading skillsEmail Marketing campaign building experienceOnline reputation management experience
