CNS is known for its personal touch and a culture of care that delivers real results.\n\nWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our web presence and drive traffic through both paid and organic search strategies. This role blends hands-on website design/maintenance with performance marketing — you’ll shape how we look online and make sure the right people find us. You’ll work in close collaboration with our graphic design and media team, and report directly to the Executive Team overseeing our five subsidiaries — so visibility into the business is high and the work moves fast. This is an in-office role — we’ve found that the close, day-to-day collaboration with design, media, and leadership happens best in person.

Responsibilities

Design, update, and maintain company website pages and landing pagesEnsure site design supports conversion goals and user experience best practicesCollaborate with developers or use CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot) to implement changesMonitor site performance, page speed, and mobile responsivenessConduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimizationManage content strategy to improve organic search rankingsMonitor site health, technical SEO issues, and backlink profileTrack rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metricsPlan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targetingA/B test ad copy, landing pages, and creative assetsReport on ROAS, CPC, CTR, and other key paid media metricsTrack performance across web, SEO, and paid channels using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google AdsProvide regular reports and actionable insights to the Executive TeamRecommend budget allocation based on channel performancePartner closely with the graphic design and media team on visual assets, campaigns, and brand consistencyCoordinate across CNS Companies’ five subsidiaries to align digital strategy with each business’s goalsWork directly with the Executive Team to translate business priorities into digital initiativesRequirements

Strong critical thinking skills and a fast learning curve — you pick up new tools and channels quicklyComfort with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, HubSpot, etc.), or the ability to get up to speed quicklyStrong writing and visual design senseExcellent collaborator who works well across teams and with senior leadershipAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, nimble environment where priorities shiftNice-to-haves

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or search advertisingExperience managing Google Ads and/or Bing Ads campaignsUnderstanding of SEO and AEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, answer engine/AI search optimization)Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search ConsoleBasic HTML/CSS knowledgeGoogle Ads and/or Analytics certificationBenefits
