Digital Marketing Strategist for Global Online Presence

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our online presence across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive social marketing strategies, setting clear goals and metrics for success • Lead audience mapping, targeting, and paid media planning to execute on social strategy and key campaigns • Achieve growth in our social followings and engagement rates across all channels • Establish best practices for cross-functional collaboration with Product, Communications, Policy, and Brand teams • Drive data-driven insights through clear reporting and measurement • Ensure social media strategy is operationalized, including calendar management, budget oversight, and cross-functional partnerships • Craft crisis communications and advise on urgent matters with executive leadership • Manage a team of social strategists and content managers to execute the developed strategy Requirements • 12+ years of experience driving social marketing in fast-paced environments, with in-house and agency experience preferred • 5+ years of experience leading social marketing teams • Proven track record of articulating strategy, gathering buy-in, and driving repeatable formats that engage • Deep understanding of brand and social metrics, connecting them to business objectives • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to influence leaders • Ability to chart a course for team members and guide them from strategy to execution and measurement • Trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, particularly during times of urgency Bonus Points • Experience in Tech or Finance • Background in Brand Marketing/Advertising or Communications About Us We strive to be an equal opportunity employer and consider applicants with disabilities.
