Digital Marketing / Communications Manager A key accountability of this role is the ability to understand client needs and translate those into a multi-channel advertising solution in alignment with the client's marketing goals, creating client-facing proposals that inform and persuade the client regarding the best marketing solution for their objectives. Accountabilities by Stage of the Sales Cycle - The Strategist role is a critical in-market team member during all stages of the sales cycle and is accountable for active participation with the seller in each. Engaging Clients in the Solution • Actively present strategy and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in partnership with the seller as they pitch the business. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field • Ability to think strategically, understand a client's advertising goals as it relates to their marketing strategy, and creatively translate these needs into client-focused solutions with positive ROI • Proven experience in digital media advertising, including the ability to thoughtfully articulate and apply complex digital concepts in client conversations and campaign development • Ability to craft a compelling pitch that is client focused -- clearly articulating the recommendation, the strategy behind it, and the benefits of activating it.
