Digital Marketing Strategist

As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking to add a motivated Digital Marketing Strategist to our digital department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our digital strategists, creative team, and account managers to help plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns for our clients. Key Responsibilities • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • Assist with campaign strategy development, keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis • Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization recommendations related to budgets, bids, creative, and targeting • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and other tools to generate insights and recommendations • Collaborate with internal copywriters and graphic designers to develop effective ad creative and messaging • Prepare campaign performance reports and assist with client-facing presentations and monthly reviews • Support conversion tracking setup and maintenance using tools like Google Tag Manager • Communicate professionally with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and support campaign goals • Manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail • Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or paid digital advertising (agency experience a plus) • Working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting • Experience or familiarity with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred); Google Tag Manager familiarity is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven marketing • Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams via email, phone, and video calls • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to continue learning within a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude Note: Successful candidates must be located near Madison, WI, as this is an in-office position.
