Join OptiFreight® Logistics, a leader in healthcare logistics optimization, as a Digital Marketing Strategy Consultant. We are looking for a strategic and data-driven individual to enhance digital engagement, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue growth across our logistics portfolio. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs aimed at boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement.
If you are a hands-on digital marketer, skilled in marketing automation and performance measurement, we want you! In this role, you will work closely with product marketing, creative services, sales, and external partners to execute programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design, launch, and enhance digital campaigns that align with targeted go-to-market strategies for OptiFreight® Logistics.
Oversee end-to-end execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including email development, segmentation, automation flows, scoring models, and nurture strategies.
Manage email marketing calendars, create campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and implement deliverability best practices while reporting on outcomes.
Execute and refine paid search campaigns on Google Ads by developing keywords, crafting ad copies, managing bids, and tracking conversions.
Handle paid social campaigns through LinkedIn Campaign Manager, focusing on B2B audience targeting, strategic planning, creative collaboration, budget management, and performance enhancement.
Support additional digital tactics such as retargeting, display advertising, landing page optimization, and SEO best practices to optimize for AI-driven search.
Measurement & Optimization
Track and analyze performance metrics across multiple channels; provide actionable insights to improve ROI, lead quality, and funnel performance.
Create dashboards and reporting structures to effectively communicate results to marketing and business stakeholders using tools like Salesforce, Account Engagement, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Conduct regular tests (including A/B, multivariate, and landing page tests) to consistently optimize digital performance.
Collaboration & Project Management
Partner with the Enterprise Brand team in developing engaging digital assets, such as email templates, display ads, landing pages, and paid media creative.
Work alongside Product & Solutions Marketing and Sales teams to synchronize messaging, target audiences, and campaign goals.
Manage relationships with agency partners and digital vendors as required.
Ensure all digital initiatives comply with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or SaaS/technology sectors.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including automation rules, journey and nurture programs, and segmentation.
Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, paid media strategies, and digital analytics.
A proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously and thriving in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce.
Experience in the healthcare, logistics, or supply chain industries is preferred.
Working knowledge of SEO, retargeting platforms, and marketing attribution models is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting or landing page optimization is preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $103,950
