You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to provide our clients with innovative recruitment marketing strategies. This is a full-time (8 AM - 5 PM) position working remotely on Mondays and Fridays and on-site Tuesday - Thursday. Responsibilities and Duties • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. search aggregators, website, emails, and social media) • Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost online presence • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and recruiting performance metrics to forecast trends • Build strong clients relationships through weekly/monthly calls • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns • Liaise with creative and client services teams to optimize our customer experience Experience: • Required: 2+ years proven SEM Experience • Experience in recruiting/HR or recruitment marketing is a plus • Experience in Transportation is a plus.
