**Overview**

We're looking for a data-driven Paid Media & Analytics Specialist to own the day-to-day management of our paid advertising program in partnership with our media agency. This person will be the internal point person for a $10M+ annual paid media investment spanning Google, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, and other platforms — holding the agency accountable for performance, building the reporting that shows what's working, and translating data into recommendations that lower our cost to acquire a customer. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly into marketing leadership, ideal for someone who is as comfortable in a spreadsheet or dashboard as they are on a call pushing an agency for a clearer answer.

**Responsibilities**

* Serve as the primary internal owner of the agency relationship — briefing, reviewing plans, and holding the team accountable for performance across paid search, paid social, and programmatic/display (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, StackAdapt/CM360, and emerging channels).

* Manage and help optimize a $10M+ annual paid media budget in collaboration with the agency, ensuring efficient pacing, channel mix, and return on ad spend.

* Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting (HubSpot, GA4, platform-native tools) that track CAC, channel efficiency, funnel conversion, and budget pacing against goal.

* Dig into campaign- and channel-level data to spot optimization opportunities and risks — creative fatigue, measurement inflation, broken tracking or conversion feeds, budget concentration — and turn findings into clear recommendations.

* Partner with the agency on quarterly and annual planning, audits, and new-channel tests, and help stand up measurement as our CDP and media mix model (Google Meridian) come online.

* Stay current on platform updates, betas, and best practices across all managed channels, bringing forward opportunities to test and scale.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and marketing operations to keep paid media strategy aligned with company-wide CAC reduction and growth targets.

* Maintain data integrity across ad platforms, CRM, and reporting tools, flagging and resolving tracking or attribution gaps.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or another relatable field - Preferred
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media / digital advertising, in-house or agency-side, with direct platform experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; programmatic/DSP experience (StackAdapt or similar) strongly preferred.
* Strong data analysis skills: advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; experience    building or maintaining dashboards (HubSpot, GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar) required; SQL a plus.
* Experience managing or directly contributing to paid media budgets of $5M+ annually.
* Track record of managing external agency or vendor relationships and holding them accountable to KPIs.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics or reporting tools used to improve marketing productivity.
* Working knowledge of B2B or SMB SaaS acquisition funnels and core metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, ROAS).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate data into a clear point of view for non-analytics stakeholders.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with shifting priorities.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

**Compensation**

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base pay range for this position is $79,400 - $124,700 per year.
