Digital Marketing Strategist Marketing & Communications Full-Time Southeast Missouri State University’s Marketing & Communications department is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist. The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for the planning, content creation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across SEMO’s digital advertising platforms. Primary Responsibilities • Create and execute a digital advertisement marketing strategy that aligns with University’s brand and strategic goals • Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns including social, SEM and PPC to ensure lead generation and efficient pacing of budget • Monitor and communicate performance against effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of ad campaigns as well as analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of those efforts to maximize results, meet KPIs, and make data driven recommendations to improve ad performance • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices for digital advertising and work with in-house creative team to create high converting images and video creative and keep clients informed on digital advertising, changes, and trends • Provide direct response copywriting for ads and landing pages that provide a seamless user journey and achieve conversions • Create landing pages that implement effective SEO strategies to increase traffic and improve search engine rankings • Enthusiastically collaborate with team members to achieve University goals, create effective campaigns, and elevate the SEMO brand Job Type: Full-Time Agency: Enrollment Management and Student Success Location: Cape Girardeau About the Company: State of Missouri
