In return, you’ll find a place where your voice matters. • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, paid search, paid social media, and affiliate relationships. • Coordinate with external affiliate partners and media vendors to make media buys and monitor performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Work closely with the marketing analytics team to monitor testing and communicate performance with the broader organization • Optimize our KPIs (key performance indicators): website traffic, ecommerce conversion rate, and lead conversion rate Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required • Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices and experience conducting A/B or multivariate tests • Experience in paid media (SEM, paid social, media buying) • A balance between a customer-centric mindset and data-driven decision making • Demonstrated fluency in digital programs, operations, and technology • Ability to evaluate a request or situation and prioritize based on effort vs impact.
