Position Type: Hybrid (this position is located in Des Moines, IA with a hybrid work schedule) • Leverages reporting and analytics to make data-driven optimizations that improve outcomes. Digital Marketing: • Collaborates with Digital Marketing Solutions lead and cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital strategies, including SEO and social media (paid and organic), while partnering with Experience and Technology team on email marketing, website/landing page optimizations and development and other emerging technologies. • Experience or a strong desire to gain experience working with B2B brands, demonstrating a solid understanding of their unique marketing needs and challenges.
