About the Role — Digital Team Lead We are seeking a Digital Team Lead / Project Manager to own the day-to-day planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, campaign workflows, website delivery, and reporting. Team Leadership & People Management • Manage and support a small team of junior specialists (organic, paid media, website execution) • Assign work, review output, and provide clear feedback to maintain quality and consistency • Coach team members on process adherence, platform execution, and efficiency • Track capacity and performance to ensure deadlines and service standards are met • Manage the team with clear goals, accountability, and support • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing operations, project management, or agency delivery • Proven experience managing and mentoring junior or early-career team members • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workflows simultaneously • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, social, paid media, web/CMS) • Strong ability to document process, drive execution, and maintain delivery standards • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management • Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments • This position is based in Cleveland, OH.
