Plan and coordinate email marketing campaigns along with creative writing for weekly blogs. Blog on an ongoing basis in support of your other projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and our email subscribers. Execute and improve all organic search tactics for Google and Bing. Desired Skills & Experience • 1-3 years of SEO experience • Highly organized with ability to multitask • Google analytics data analysis skills • Excellent writing skills • Excel skills • High quality link building skills • Advanced backlink analysis skills • Solid understanding of technical SEO • Experience with local optimization a plus • Video optimization experience a plus • PR experience is a plus Qualifications: Must possess a relevant combination of education, experience, and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or similar discipline, is highly desirable • Google AdWords Certification • SEO Certification • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO • 3+ years of experience in WordPress • 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining search engine marketing in Google Ads and various other platforms • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business and Google Ads • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other basic website coding language • Knowledge of search engine optimization best practices • Windows Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel • Experience with creating marketing training documents • Basic understanding of social media privacy settings • Exceptional writing and grammar skills • High level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality Benefits: Medical, Paid Time Off, Employee Stock Owner opportunity, Vision and Dental options available.
