The Atlanta Braves Trainee Program is designed for applicants who are interested in beginning a career in professional sports. The Marketing Department also works very closely with the Business Intelligence team to provide engaging content to targeted segments of fans. This includes covering all team news through copy writing, photography, video and use of graphic design as well as cutting in-game highlights and monitoring team account mentions • Assist in managing a fluid social media calendar • Assist in capturing content as needed • Monitor all social media activity for all players on the roster, assist with player social content needs • Create social media reporting for all platforms. Use social analytics to help drive ticketing, marketing, corporate partner, and social media decisions • Digital Marketing administrative duties as assigned • Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms • Thorough knowledge of the game of baseball • Understanding of social analytics • Creative and innovative mindset • Passion for creating engaging content • Strong written and oral communication skills • Attention to detail • Organized and ability to manage multiple projects • Excellent customer service skills • Works well in a teamwork environment • Trustworthy with confidential information • Ability to work long hours
