What you’ll do: • Own and manage our public-facing website (development, performance, SEO & accessibility) • Lead all things HubSpot — automation, workflows, campaigns, and platform optimization • Build and optimize landing pages, emails, and digital campaigns • Ensure seamless user experience across web and email • Partner with a collaborative, high-performing marketing team A. Specialized or Technical Knowledge and Skills: • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Web Development, or a related field and/or a minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a web development, digital marketing, or hybrid technical/marketing role; or equivalent experience demonstrating proficiency across the core responsibilities of this position. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or a comparable marketing automation platform, including workflow setup, form and landing page configuration, list management, and email campaign execution. • Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
