• Track & analyze all website statistics and online trends; report results to staff and make recommendations for improvements and adoption of new features and/or strategies based on the data. • Coordinate and manage all marketing/advertising campaigns (Google ads, pixels, etc.). Database & Software Administration, Analysis & Reports (IDSS, Placer.ai, etc) • Serve as the primary point person to manage IDSS, Travel Salem’s Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) database. • Serve as Visitor Center back-up as needed. • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
