ROLE: Digital Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms • Create engaging content (reels, posts, ads) to increase brand visibility • Manage social media pages, reply to comments/messages, and grow followers Run paid ads (Meta Ads / Google Ads) and track performance • Collaborate with the design team for creatives and videos • Monitor marketing analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly reports • Coordinate with influencers and handle online promotions • Support e-commerce listings and online brand presence Required Skills • Good knowledge of social media marketing • Basic content creation and editing skills (Canva/Reels editing tools) • Understanding of digital ads and analytics • Creativity and strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Qualifications • Any degree • Digital marketing certification (preferred but not mandatory)
