Digital Marketing/Admin Specialist

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing/Admin Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will also support the growing Remodeling Team in various administrative tasks. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.Manage and optimize content across multiple platforms including WordPress, content management systems, and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.Create engaging content including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and content creation for blogs, emails, and social media posts.Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform strategy adjustments.Implement conversion optimization techniques to increase lead generation and sales performance.Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies.Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, and social media management to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Qualifications This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing to grow their skills within a collaborative team environment while contributing directly to the company's success through innovative online strategies.Job Type: Full-time
