Position Overview
Cox Automotive is seeking a Digital Marketing/Communications Specialist to lead digital campaigns and strategies across paid and organic media channels. Based in Kansas City, MO (64118), this role is key in driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation while working onsite as a full-time team member.
Compensation: $59,600 - $89,400 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
Manage social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging, high-quality digital content.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 2 years of digital marketing experience focused on paid & organic media, social media, and search engine marketing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
A creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
