Digital Media Account Executive

Brkthru is the leading digital media solutions provider to mid-market agencies and brands. We are a close-knit and highly sophisticated trading team that works in 20+ different digital media platforms. The Opportunity *This is a sales role* The Account Executive is responsible for hunting new territory and developing new business. This is a critical and highly visible position that is integral to growing revenue and maintaining client relationships at Brkthru. Work in conjunction with support team to prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty Maintain monthly collections to company standards Established ability to maintain long term client relationships Responsible for receiving customer referrals and client testimonials Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM system at all times Ability to be timely and be present for all meetings Performs other duties as assigned Requirements 6+ years of experience in new business sales within the advertising industry 2+ Digital Media experience highly preferred (Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Audio, DOOH, etc) Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills Excellent internal communication within all departments Possess and demonstrate the company Core Values Proven track record of achieving (or exceeding!)
