Miami the beach is our stage where the show always must go on.We are looking to hire a skilled Digital Paid-Media Manager and Specialist to help manage, track, and optimize our digital advertising and PPC media channels to help achieve the growth goals for the brand. Position is full-time (40 hours / week).The Digital Paid-Media Manager works closely with and reports to the head of Marketing/Operations & Founder of the brand. )Work with Meta’s first and third-party data, create and test custom audiences with help of the latest best-in-class technology and experiment with latest formats, video etc.Carefully analyze campaign performance and evaluate and interpret performance related KPIs for optimizationPrepare clear reports with accurate insights and actionable next stepsAnalyze and recommend new creative & copy supported by qualitative and quantitative metricsContinuous monitoring, tracking, and ensuring of the quality control of campaignsWork with the E-Commerce manager to coordinate product feed management and maintenance for implementation of ongoing DPA campaignsImplement retargeting and prospecting campaigns.Perform A-B testing campaigns, identify hypothesis, measure, report, and advice on future implementation of those learnings.Responsible for keeping good-standing status of all accounts healths/compliance parameters and checks.Keep up with current online and digital paid media best practices to evaluate new improvements for the overall ad campaign strategies for the brand.Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners
