The Digital Marketing and Media Partner will take the lead on the strategy and execution of digital marketing and media programs for 2-3 business lines. This position will be responsible for building innovative, integrated digital marketing and media recommendations with our agency partners and working in tight collaboration with internal Brand advertising, Search, Social Media... Digital Sales, Content Marketing, UX (User Experience), Analytics and Creative teams. • Collaborate closely with other disciplines to develop cohesive, consumer-centric strategies and executions • Translate business line needs into strategic direction to guide media planning throughout the buying funnel • Develop and optimize robust shopping experiences that flow into online applications seamlessly • Take point on digital media (primarily Search Engine Marketing and ODA) planning and execution • Present recommendations and Quarterly Business Reviews to senior stakeholders throughout the organization - clear storytelling of our digital channel successes • Understand and leverage the capabilities of a Data Management Platform • Work closely with performance team to track contributions, analyze, extract insights and optimize • Continuously propose new and innovative ideas; pushing the bank outside of our comfort zone • Strategize, plan, and execute digital marketing activities that drive business and marketing Key Performance Indicators • Deliver on tactical day to day requests • Manage and follow process and procedures • Partner with agencies and internal teams on deliverables • Collaborate with Analytics and Sales teams on end to end experience, tracking and performance • Create annual digital strategy roadmap and communicate it to other team members Qualifications • 5 years in Digital Marketing, with focused broader digital media experience a benefit • Experience of developing comprehensive Display, Social media, native advertising, video advertising, Search and mobile advertising programs • Experience in Programmatic media buying • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing • Ability to plan, develop, implement and track digital marketing programs • Understanding of online sales attribution models • Development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators • Ability to effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflicts • Experience working with analytical software (i.e. Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture) • Knowledge of third party bid management tools (i.e. DoubleClick - DART, DFA) • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Creative, analytical and takes initiative, along with a strong attention to detail • Ability to work on competing priorities in a fast paced environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
