Outsmart Labs is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, ingenious, proactive, creative, relatable, detail oriented Digital Media Buy (Full-Time) in order to support and lead Paid Social Ads (e-commerce & Web-to-Store) and develop 360 multi-channels marketing campaigns for our clients ranging from high-end hospitality clients to large international e-commerce companies . The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with at least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, Social Ads (Facebook/ IG, TikTok, Google Ads), project management, and client communication. • Strategize & Manage creation of paid ads assets to support campaigns. • Develop a data-driven testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, and frequency; guiding the creative team and assisting with building the creative assets needed to determine highest-performing creative and ad copy. • Create detailed plan for ads strategy and creative for acquire qualified traffic and converting it through a well-thought conversion funnel (Top/ Mid/ Bottom funnel) • Coordination of overall account level success - Proactively manage performance tracking & KPI's, internal workflow on projects and ensure deadlines are met • Participate in client meetings and build client trust to develop long term relationships • Create and deliver client reports, analyze strengths and weakness, and debrief internal team to adjust strategy when necessary • Put in place processes in order to maximize productivity levels and efficiency.
