The Digital Advertising Media Buyer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including digital media strategy development, media planning, media buying, and communicating with clients. Foresight to anticipate opportunities and prevent (internal / external) impediments to success. Growth in skills and experience, individually delivering greater value to the client-agency relationship, clearly contributing to the lifting up of account teams, while making a mark on the agency. Responsibilities • Research and insight development for client industry / brand / product • Conduct team and client facing meetings • Vet and negotiate digital media vendors, platforms • Create flowcharts around campaign initiatives that support client goals and KPIs • Create spec sheets for internal and external purposes • Set up media campaigns, including generating Insertion Orders, trafficking artwork • Launch and manage paid media campaigns, ensuring they deliver predicted results and adhere to budget parameters • Use ad server to manage campaigns • Create Google Analytics goals • Build UTM(s) in Excel, pixels • Optimize campaigns to increase performance and steer outcome • Create and deliver routine campaign performance reports to clients • Conduct associated accounting related functions, including review / approving media vendor invoices Qualifications • Media Planning, Media Strategy, and Media Buying skills • Analytical skills • Experience in digital media buying and campaign management • Knowledge of advertising platforms and tools • Ability to work independently and within a team • Experience in the tourism, healthcare, food & beverage, consumer, or legal industries is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
