Job description: Support Media Team in the planning and development of paid media campaigns for digital advertising tactics Provide spend recommendations for various tactics available through digital advertising platforms (StackAdapt, Spotify, AudioGo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to the Media Team Research digital media options during planning process based upon clients’ goals, including targeting options, ad formats, and campaign structure Execute client-approved digital media buys for multiple Agency clients Monitor digital media campaigns for performance and budgetary pacing on a regular basis Evaluate potential delivery of a wide range of digital media vehicles to determine which would most effectively drive KPIs Set up and facilitate implementation of social/digital tracking strategies, including Meta Conversions API (CAPI), LinkedIn Insight Tag, Stackadapt Universal Pixel, etc. Requirements A four-year degree 3 – 6 years of experience in a media department/advertising agency Experience in the research, planning, and execution of digital and social media ad campaigns Strong experience with StackAdapt, TikTok, Meta, Disney Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms, including full campaign setup, audience creation, ad approval/support, and reporting Strong written and oral communication skills Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven environment A lifelong learner with the desire to keep current in the changing digital media world through self-directed efforts
