KCCI, the CBS affiliate in Des Moines, IA, is looking for a Digital Media Client Specialist. You will work with Sales Account Executives and their clients to ensure successful digital advertising campaigns. We are seeking candidates who can provide excellent customer service to clients and sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include processing digital advertising contracts, obtaining creative materials, and overseeing campaign execution. You need to prioritize projects and manage your time effectively. This is a great opportunity in a growing segment of our organization.

Responsibilities

Manage digital sales campaignsBuild, organize, and schedule advertising creativeCommunicate with teams (sales, production, finance) and external clients on campaign performance and commitmentsProvide troubleshooting assistance for creative and operational issuesWork directly with sales team and clients to provide detailed client service and execute marketing plansPrepare strategic PowerPoint proposals based on customer needsCollaborate with the creative team to design and develop digital campaign conceptsRequirements

Experience in online advertising trafficking, sales coordination, planning, or related fieldsKnowledge of web technologies (HTML5, Flash, JavaScript)Familiarity with DFP and Google AnalyticsAdvanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (including complex spreadsheets)Experience with programmatic advertisingStrong teamwork skills and self-motivationAttention to detail and excellent time managementDesire to provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectationsMilitary experience will be consideredDiversity Statement
