We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our growing media team — someone who thrives at the intersection of data and creativity, understands how platforms evolve, and gets excited about turning insights into action. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, serving as both strategist and steward of performance. Technical Expertise • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Advertising • Knowledge of DSP platforms (Viant or similar is a plus) • Experience building audiences using platform tools, custom data, and lookalikes • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) • Experience with Google Tag Manager • Understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion measurement What It Means to Be a Hunter
