The Digital Media Manager will report directly to the Media Director and will be responsible for placing, stewardship and optimization of paid media campaigns (primarily digital and social... Ideal Candidates should possess the following minimum qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating, launching, and managing paid media campaigns in the following media platforms: • Google Ads • Meta • Twitter • TikTok • Google Tag Manager • Demonstratable expert level Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data skills Preferred Experience Includes: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a relevant position • Experience in traditional media buying (TV, Radio, OOH, Print) • Experience with programmatic buying (Basis, DV360, Trade Desk) • Demonstrated skills in data manipulation, summarizing, and visualization • Has a desire to learn new digital and social marketing strategies and media platforms • Experience in keyword development and research • Has experience placing programmatic media • Knowledge of Pixels/tags and best practices in placing them on client sites • Ability to provide program metrics for performance tracking reports based on client reporting cadence • Data and process integration knowledge that can be applied to business/financial management as well as media metrics/performance • Can demonstrate thoughtful budget allocation across relevant social and digital platforms to achieve client objectives based on spend parameters • Proficient in managing active campaigns on a weekly/monthly basis to provide performance data for optimization • Proficient with current computer skills and relevant programs as well as a desire to expand knowledge base in order to support agency organization and growth processes • Ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to work on several projects at one time • The ability to demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present information to coworkers or clients in a clear and concise manner via all communication channels • Desire to work as part of an IRL and virtual account team To apply: Please email your resume to Kris Hoelscher, Human Resources Manager at: kris.hoelscher@cannonballagency.com All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.Cannonball provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
