We are seeking an accomplished Digital Advertising Professional to lead the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, and programmatic platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage strategic plans for paid media campaigns across various channels and platforms • Optimize campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, and ROAS • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels and platforms • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop high-performing assets and actionable insights • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations • Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and programmatic innovations Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, including hands-on programmatic campaign management • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Amazon Ads, and at least one DSP (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360) • Strong understanding of budget management, bid strategies, and ROAS optimization • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau • Excellent communication and project management skills • Background in Higher Education is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic platforms • Experience with retargeting, contextual targeting, and lookalike modeling • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and consent-based advertising practices
