We are an award-winning branding and marketing agency looking for a part-time Digital Media & Marketing Manager to work 20-30 hours a week and help lead and execute digital strategy for our clients across paid media, organic digital, websites, landing pages, analytics and emerging marketing technologies. We are looking for someone who can build smart digital plans, manage campaigns hands-on, analyze performance, guide website and landing page strategy, and clearly explain what clients should do next — and why. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time Director of Digital Media & Marketing position as this person proves their ability to lead strategy, deliver results, guide team members and strengthen our digital marketing capabilities. · Strong reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to explain what happened, why it happened, what needs to change and what should happen next. You are not afraid of data, but you also understand that marketing is about people.
