Under the direction of the Communications Manager, the Digital Media Specialist will assist with the creation and promotion of a positive image for the Parish of Caddo, its departments and employees. The Communications Specialist will implement digital components of the Parish’s communication plan that promote the vision, goals and activities of the Parish of Caddo, to include, but are not limited to social media, graphic design, video, podcasts and other forms of digital media.
