Digital Media Specialist

Who We Are In this role, you will: • Manage SEM, display, video, and paid social campaigns across platforms • Write effective, conversion-focused copy for digital ads • Track campaign success using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console • Monitor campaign pacing and budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Analyze performance data to inform optimizations and strategic decisions • Manage on-page and off-page SEO for both ADsmith and client websites • Maintain website health: update plugins, themes, CMS versions, and troubleshoot issues • Contribute to internal workflow and team collaboration • Get to know a variety of industries and client goals • Be part of a smart, supportive, and creative team What We’re Looking For You might be a great fit if you: • Have 2+ years of experience in digital media marketing • Are highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple paid campaigns simultaneously • Enjoy reviewing data and dashboards to identify insights • Are organized and able to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Have excellent writing and communication skills • Are familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress • Understand SEO best practices • Are experienced with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Tag Manager • Are proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush • Have certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or other platforms (a plus!) • If this sounds like your next career move, we’d love to hear from you.
