Key Responsibilities: • Achieve sales and strategic goals by developing and executing effective sales plans • Cultivate and nurture connections with brands and marketing/advertising agencies to drive revenue growth • Recognize business challenges that our solutions can address and connect solutions with business challenges effectively • Oversee sales forecasting and reporting for the assigned book of business • Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting your style and delivery to various levels of technical expertise • Deliver client results that earn repeat business and contribute to overall revenue growth Requirements: • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations and consistently achieving sales goals • 3+ years of sales experience with ideally 2+ years of progressive sales experience in digital advertising (preferably CTV), insertion order media, and/or managed services to marketing decision-makers with brands and/or independent ad agencies • Ability to use data effectively in the development and sale of media strategies • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand manner • Familiarity with the Adtech ecosystem, including ad networks, ad exchanges, SEM platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and other online advertising technologies • Local and regional travel is required, with a valid driver's license and safe driving record Preferred Qualifications: • Accustomed to building processes to hold yourself accountable to goals and own your day • Knowledge of Salesforce and media research & planning tools (e.g., Strata, ComScore, Nielsen, GA4) • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of client relationships and business excellence • Passionate about the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data that fuels new opportunities for customers Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
