The Opportunity The Digital Media Specialist plays a key role in supporting Think's paid digital advertising and media initiatives across multiple platforms. Support the execution and management of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.Assist with ad setup, scheduling, posting, updates, and campaign optimization activities.Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports to help evaluate effectiveness and ROI.Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and analytics summaries for clientsTrack key performance indicators including impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement, and lead generation metrics.Support audience targeting, budget pacing, and A/B testing initiatives.Collaborate with internal marketing team members to ensure alignment on messaging, campaign goals, and creative assets.Maintain organization of campaign tracking documents, reporting dashboards, and digital media assets. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, advertising support, or related marketing roles preferred.Familiarity with paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required to support business initiatives and marketing campaigns.
