Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid | Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a Digital Media Strategist who is both a creative problem-solver and a data-focused professional. What You’ll Do • Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across search, social, video, display, and programmatic platforms • Translate performance data into actionable insights that inform creative, targeting, and budget decisions • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve results and strengthen conversion outcomes • Stay current on digital media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices • Present campaign performance results to clients and internal stakeholders What You Bring • 2–5 years of experience managing PPC, paid social, and digital advertising campaigns • Google Ads certification(s) required; GA4 and Meta certifications preferred • Experience with data visualization tools, A/B testing, and programmatic buying is a plus • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and advanced functions • Analytical thinker with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of client performance We believe that purpose and performance belong together, and we are looking for people who share that commitment to create marketing that makes an impact.
