The Marketing team at Earthley is seeking a Media Specialist who can lead our paid advertising strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, Bing, and other emerging platforms. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with graphics and writing teams to source ad creatives and copy • Launch and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) • Optimize audience targeting and segmentation to maximize ROI • Monitor ad spend and report weekly/monthly performance metrics, including ROAS • Analyze performance data and make informed campaign adjustments • Manage Google and Bing Shopping Ads, including setup and optimization • Create and manage video ad campaigns for YouTube and other platforms • Explore and manage campaigns on emerging ad platforms as needed • Perform additional duties as assigned Skills And Qualifications • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Experience managing advertising budgets and reporting performance • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative and marketing strategy teams • Solid understanding of digital marketing and paid media best practices • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
