Job Summary • Translate brand positioning into compelling digital strategies • Build and manage an organic social media content strategy • Plan and optimize paid social campaigns to drive upper-funnel awareness and lower-funnel performance Digital Brand-Building Expertise • Develop and execute lifecycle journeys in Klaviyo to increase LTV and build deeper brand relationships • Leverage Circana data for intelligent decisions Content & Campaign Execution • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of digital content and promotional campaigns • Manage asset library and content calendars, brief agencies/creators, and ensure deliverables align with brand standards and campaign objectives Requirements: • 5 years of CPG digital marketing and ecommerce experience plus a bachelor's degree • Or no degree, but at least 7 years of relevant experience along with up-to-date digital marketing certifications Preferred skills include AI-marketing literacy and/or outdoor/fishing industry background, fluency in multiple tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
