Project 26 is the home for Pennsylvania youth ready to challenge the far‑right’s attack on our futures and build a Pennsylvania where Gen‑Z can lead and thrive.We empower youth through community, peer‑to‑peer outreach and innovative online engagement to increase voter participation in the 2026 elections.What Will You Do?Direct a cohort of in‑house influencers and collaborate with the Campus Organizing team.Hire, coach and manage a team of Digital Fellows who:Build a social media following and engagement with professional strategists.Film and edit short‑form videos (≤3 min) to mobilize students for the 2026 elections.Produce short‑ish content (≤5 min) for You Tube to educate and mobilize Gen‑Z.Create static graphics and designs that engage student voters.Build regional social‑media strategies and amplify key content for PA youth voters.Review fellows’ content and plans for accuracy and compliance.Manage Project 26 accounts on Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok and Discord.Develop platform‑specific civic‑education content plans for 2026.Sample P26 ContentFind Polling PlaceSCOPA for DummiesFettermanEconomyWho Are You?Comfortable on camera and eager to discover niche stories.Understand the tone and pace of short‑form video.Adaptable in fast‑changing environments.Passionate about speaking with students and volunteers.Create natural, organic content rather than scripted messaging.Ensure brand consistency across platforms.Stay current with pop‑culture and politics trends on social media.Condense information into under‑a‑minute engaging videos.Motivated to inspire Gen‑Z and build a future where they thrive.Innovative and creative in content strategies.Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.Enrolled in a Pennsylvania college or university and/or resident of Pennsylvania.Preferred Experience Canva, Cap Cut, Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube Editing, G‑Suite, Discord. Previous political or You Tube content creation is a plus.Position DetailsReport directly to the Digital Director.Hybrid role: ~75 % online, 25 % in‑person.40 hours per week. Full‑time.Compensation: $25.00 per hour, PTO, health benefits and technology stipend.Possible additional hours or weekends throughout the year.Blackout periods: August, 10 days before voter registration deadline, 10 days before primary or general election.
