We are looking for a Full-Time Digital Paid-Media Manager to join BANG Miami, the leading men's activewear brand featuring premium beachwear, underwear, and athleisure lines. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, develop, and optimize a diversified paid-media channel strategy • Carefully analyze campaign performance and evaluate and interpret performance related KPIs for optimization Requirements: • 2-5 years' experience working on PPC and performance-based, direct response marketing and SEM / Paid Social Media campaigns or DTC brands • Solid knowledge of FB/IG Ads/Business Manager & Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok and other ad platforms, including retargeting ad platforms • Complete understanding of key performance indicators to strategically measure and track program success – agency experience preferred Benefits: • Competitive salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year base, plus monthly incremental bonus based on performance/results • Flexible Paid Time Off policy including paid vacation, sick days, national holidays and key-dates days off • High level of autonomy and responsibility from day one – startup environment • Relaxed, fun, and open-minded work environment driven by creativity and self-initiative
