About the position Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage reporting and data analysis for paid media campaigns. • Execute paid social campaigns daily, including establishing budgets, coordinating creative, building ad groups/campaigns, adjusting bid strategies, and optimizing toward established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Oversee paid social marketing strategy and performance, partnering with internal team members and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed on time and maximize the brand's online presence and conversions. • Participate in the creative development process via direct interaction with the content team, including brief development, creative cost estimates, media estimates, and photo/video shoot process.
