Requirements: • Demonstrated track record as an Account Executive or similar role • Preferably 2-5+ years of experience in radio and/or digital advertising sales • Proficiency in market research, sales techniques, and negotiation tactics • Strong command of MS Office suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, coupled with relationship-building skills • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities • Business acumen with a passion for exceeding targets Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
