We are a title and company with two heritage stations that can give you an edge against your peers. In This Position, You Will

Generate sales revenue for KILO/KRXP through effective sales techniques to meet goals for:
• Radio Advertising – using all available traditional local products
• Digital Marketing – both station assets and 3rd party extension products
• New Business Development

Build and manage client relationships and help define media strategy and ROI goals. Establish relationships with clients and the community and manage accounts including small businesses, small to mid-sized advertising agencies and media companies through:
• Prospecting
• Discovery and customer needs analysis
• Proposal planning, coordination, creation and presentation
• Negotiation and sale closing
• Campaign optimization and pace monitoring
• Post-sale reporting, analysis and campaign renewal

At least 2 years of hands-on experience selling any type of digital marketing or traditional advertising. Strong organizational, written and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, while working independently or as part of a team.

Strong quantitative and negotiation skills. Proven self-starter and not afraid to cold call. Business acumen related to new media, digital interactive initiatives and social media. Professional appearance a must. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
